icarus joins Beth' Willer’s NEXT Ensemble with vocalists and instrumentalists at the Peabody Conservatory for a special project conceived and led by conductor Juliano Anecito. Luigi Dallapiccola’s Canti di prigionia (Songs of Imprisonment) for chorus, two pianos, two harps and percussion will be paired with the world premiere of Elijah Daniel Smith’s The Thought to Which I Lay, setting poetry by Brian D. Fuller
